We’re looking for a front-end developer to join our team at Option5. Someone who enjoys building thoughtful, well-crafted digital experiences.

We are a creative development studio based in Belgium, helping designers and agencies create exceptional digital experiences. We focus on interactive design and building user-friendly solutions.

Your skills

  • A relevant education or experience in front-end development

  • A solid understanding of modern HTML and semantic markup

  • Experience with CSS, preferably using Tailwind

  • Experience with JavaScript (ES6) and modern tooling like NPM and Vite

  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Astro or Vue

  • Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms—we mainly work with tools like Statamic, Craft CMS, Shopify, and Craft Commerce

  • An eye for interaction and animation, using libraries like GSAP or Anime.js

  • Comfortable working with Git and version control

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain high-quality front-end experiences

  • Work on projects from start to finish

  • Translate design into clean, performant code

  • Add interactions and animations where they make sense

  • Contribute to a variety of creative web projects
